RAY LAND is an award-winning American entrepreneur with experience in a broad range of industries & projects. In the Eighth grade Land began his first venture by planning a field trip for the entire grade level, based on early success he parlayed that experience into a Travel & Event planning business, the motto "Details Make the Difference." With increased demand, by age 16, Land founded Fabulous Coach Lines beginning with one motorcoach & ultimately grew to 200 employees & 40 motorcoaches. After selling the business in 2012, Land experienced business in software Technology as Co-founder of Totuit company, creating the first to market digital Log Book for commercial drivers. As creativity emboldened, Land expanded into the manufacturing sector- creating Dreamtech to engineer & build custom upfitted & from scratch projects- to include doubledeckers motorcoaches, bloodmobiles, mobile stages & other heavy duty specialized equipment. In 2013, Land become partner in Los Angeles based- Proper Sightseeing Company. Finally, since 2017 Land now specializes in prime Federal Government contracts, Land Logistics was created to serve the Federal Emergency Management Agency and has successfully completed multi-million dollar contracts, with a proudly “Exceptional” rating.

Ray Land has been featured in numerous publications, including, Forbes, INC Magazines 30 under 30 Award, Bloomberg BusinessWeek’s 25 under 25, The Wall Street Journal as well as Fox News & PBS Biz Kids. Invited to the White House three times during the Obama era, Land has served on the Small Business Advisor Board for the Young Entrepreneurship Council & has been interviewed at the White House. Serving as President of the Florida Motorcoach Associations for 6 years, Land founded the United Motorcoach Associations “Young Guns” group, was the 2009 BusRide Magazine Operator of the Year, Metro’s 2007 Top Innovative Operator. Land has been featured in the Australian Bus & Coach as well as newspapers & other industry publications.
